Frequently asked questions

Is claiming my profile free?
Yes. Claiming your profile is completely free. It gives you a verified profile, the ability to respond to reviews, and basic analytics. Premium tools are optional. See the Advertise page for details.
Can paying improve my rating?
No. Ratings always come only from real, published patient experiences. Paid plans buy visibility and tools, never ratings, and never a change to the order of your reviews.
A review feels unfair. Can I get it removed?
Honest, civil reviews, including low ones, are not removed on request. Your best remedy is a gracious public reply. If a review breaks our Review Policy (for example, defamation, private health data, or a diagnosis claim), you can report it and we'll review it.
How do you verify that I'm the doctor?
We check your details against the SLMC register and a work contact before granting edit access. This protects both patients and doctors from impersonation.
