How we keep it trustworthy
Verified, separated, and moderated
Our directory began from public listings so patients could find care from day one. We keep a clear line between those source facts and what a doctor edits after claiming their profile, so you always know what came from where.
Every review is read by our team before it is published, against a clear Review Policy. We publish honest experiences, including civil, low-rated ones, but never unverified accusations, private health details, or anything that reads as a diagnosis.
Verified profiles
Doctors confirm their identity against the SLMC register before they can edit their profile.
Source vs doctor-edited
Scraped facts stay read-only; doctor-added details are clearly the doctor's own.
Human moderation
Reviews are checked within ~24 hours for genuineness, safety, and respectful tone.
Right of reply
Claimed doctors can respond once to any review, reply graciously, rather than erase.
